Treat Yourself Day
With all the holidays we celebrate in our society, there should be an official day that we have to celebrate us. Meaning, we are sleep deprived, time deprived, over worked, under paid, etc. You know the list could go on and on..... you personalize to you. However, what if the company and/or big people in this country recognized that we all should take a day to "treat" ourself. Now, a "treat" can mean various things to all kinds of people. Such as, Dairy Queen is considered a sweet treat to most, or a day on a beautiful golf course would be thought of as a treat to others.
Another type of treat for particularly women would be a salon/spa experience. Looks Salon may just be your answer. Since our employers and the higher ups in our culture fail to see that many of us are consumed with taking care of others we tend to neglect the personal needs of ourselves.
